Refund Policy

We want this to be simple and fair. Here is exactly how refunds work at ReadyVisaPhoto (readyvisaphoto.com). This policy is part of our Terms of Service.

The short version

  • You check for free. You are only charged $4.99 (or the price shown at checkout) after a photo passes the free check and you choose to buy it.
  • Full money-back for 30 days. After you buy, you can get a full refund of what you paid, for any reason, within 30 days — no screenshots and no proof required.
  • Refunds go back to the original card and take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

You only pay if it passes

If your photo does not pass the free check, you are not charged anything — there is nothing to refund. We show you what failed so you can retake and try again for free.

How to get a refund

Every purchase comes with a refund link. You will find it:

  • in your receipt email, and
  • on the confirmation page you saw right after paying.

Click that link and follow the prompt. What happens next depends on whether you have already downloaded your file:

If you have not downloaded the file yet

One click refunds the full amount right away. Your download link is then cancelled (you are choosing a refund instead of the file).

If you have already downloaded the file

We ask you to pick a quick reason:

  • the government portal or office rejected it,
  • something's wrong with the photo, or
  • another reason.

That's it — no screenshots, no forms, no proof. The refund is processed the same way regardless of which reason you choose. We only ask so we can keep improving and keep the offer fair for everyone.

Timing and method

  • Refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method used at checkout. We cannot refund to a different card or account.
  • Once processed, a refund typically takes 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
  • The refund is for the amount you paid. There are no separate fees to refund, because the file is the only thing we charge for.

The 30-day window

Your refund link is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If your link has expired or isn't working, email [email protected] with your order details and we'll help.

If we can't produce your file

If something goes wrong on our side after you pay and we can't deliver a finished file, our system refunds you automatically — you don't need to do anything. If you were charged and never received a working file or a refund, contact us and we'll make it right.

What a refund does

Requesting a refund cancels your access to the downloaded file's link. If you later still need a photo, you're welcome to run the free check again anytime — the check is always free.

Chargebacks

If something isn't right, please contact us first at [email protected] — a refund is usually faster and easier than a card dispute, and we grant them freely within the window above.
